Analytics readiness assessment
Depending on your use case we will assess your analytics platform / MIS and give clear guidance with tangible improvement recommendations.
Our structured 1-week assessment consists of interviews with selected stakeholders. Additionally, we will perform various technical checks regarding data availability and quality as well as granularity. The evaluation scope is client and product static data, revenue information, transactional, and positional data.
Typical questions covered:
- Is account grouping, resp. definition of economic client accurate?
- Is data granularity sufficient for pricing simulation?
- Can advised vs. non-advised transactions be tracked separately?
