His passion is pricing, revenue management, and business analytics. Thanks to his quick grasp and broad banking know-how, he often contributes to related fields.
Pascal Echser
Pascal has accumulated 17 years of experience in wealth management. He holds a master’s degree from the University of St. Gallen (M.A. HSG) and is a CFA Charterholder.
He worked as a management consultant and successfully led offering, growth, process optimization and digitalization initiatives for a leading private bank.
Pascal combines his expertise and passion for revenue optimization and growth strategies with an entrepreneurial mindset and a hands-on approach.
Ruven Widmer
Ruven holds a master’s degree in business administration (M.A. HSG) and has ten years of experience in wealth management, analytics, and business development.
In his previous roles for Vontobel, Credit Suisse and UBS, he drove data-driven initiatives to increase RoA and enable effective sales management and analytics.
With his entrepreneurial mindset and leveraging new technologies, he consistently delivers tangible solutions for the business.
Mirco Ghilardi
Mirco holds a master’s degree in business administration (M.A. HSG) and has gained over ten years of experience in projects for wealth managers.
At Simon-Kucher & Partners, he advised leading private banks and asset managers on pricing and revenue management. At Rothschild & Co, he was responsible for pricing and business management in Switzerland.
Today, he leads comprehensive business analytics, pricing, and data management projects, connecting business perspectives with functional details.
Kevin Nünlist
Kevin holds a master’s degree in Business and Economics and is well-versed in the wealth management industry with 8 years of experience.
Having worked at UBP, Vontobel and Credit Suisse, he brings valuable industry insights to establish competitive sales management processes as well as to implement pricing or revenue strategies.
His goal-oriented approach enables him to skillfully combine analytical abilities with sales proficiency in projects to yield tangible results.
Sabrina Maalej
Sabrina holds a business administration and engineering degree and has over six years of experience as a data analyst specializing in data visualization and management.
She worked with more than 40 companies on data analytics and visualization projects across different industries.
In addition to her role at savvy AG, she founded Viztory, which provides analytics projects, tableau courses and coachings, and skill improvement events.
Marcel Kaufmann
Marcel holds a business school degree and has gained broad experience in multiple industries. His main professional activity is for Flughafen Zürich. As founder of maka-solutions he provides digital web services and develops apps for smartphones.
In his role as chairman for savvy AG, he is dedicated to driving our consulting boutique forward. His focus is leadership, entrepreneurial conduct, and governance. With his broad network and extensive experience, he contributes to the strategic development of savvy AG.
