Price list analysis

With our proven and structured Neptune assessment, we evaluate your price list from a qualitative and quantitative point of view. Within a few days, you will gain a valuable external perspective on your price positioning. We will also provide you with starting points for possible improvements.

The qualitative assessment includes the evaluation based on 16 dimensions (e.g., products differentiated? consistent structure? simple? easy to understand?), which we comment on accordingly.

The procedure step by step:

  • You send us your price list and any relevant product/sales brochures (if not available on the internet).
  • We perform the analysis and send you a presentation with our assessment. For this, we need about ten days.
  • Together, we discuss the results in a personal meeting.
